This hire unlocks a consistent flow of social media content from the business. Until this role is filled, Better Way has no regular video or social output. Everything else builds on this.
Visitors want to see who they're trusting with their home. An up-to-date, friendly photo of each team member with their name and a short bio (professional and personal) makes Better Way feel real and approachable before anyone picks up the phone.
Before we spend a single dollar on Google Ads, we want to be completely confident the website is working exactly as it should. We're actively watching how the site performs and how Google reads it, so that every click from a paid ad lands on a page that loads fast, tracks correctly, and turns visitors into calls.
Review around 14 June. We won't start Google Ads until we're fully happy everything is working as it needs to.
