We've kept this simple: a friendly local person, part-time, who's comfortable with Facebook and Instagram. They'd help film short videos around the office, take photos of the team, and post regularly to social. No experience or fancy video skills needed. This is what unlocks a steady flow of content from the business.
Visitors want to see who they're trusting with their home. An up-to-date, friendly photo of each team member with their name and a short bio (professional and personal) makes Better Way feel real and approachable before anyone picks up the phone.
