Update Roofle: Send Lead Emails to Nick

Why

Roofle won't make this change for us. Only you, as the account owner, can do it. Once it's done, Nick gets a copy of every Instant Estimator lead, so we can see how the website is performing. You still get every lead exactly as now.

The steps

  1. Log in to your Roofle / RoofQuote PRO portal.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon), then Emails (or Email Settings).
  3. Select the Connections tab.
  4. In the Emails section, find Send internal notifications to (Inbound Email).
  5. Click the Edit icon (pencil) to open the Connect Email window.
  6. In the Cc: field, enter
  7. Click Save.

What happens next

Every form fill and instant quote still goes to your inbox as normal, and a copy goes to Nick. Let Nick know when it's done and he'll check the next lead comes through.
